Privacy Policy

1. What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no sign-in, no newsletter, and no advertising. It does not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, and it does not sell or share personal information. No form on this site asks for your name, email address, or any student information.
2. Tools that store work on your device
Several pages let you draft and save work. Everything you type stays in your own browser's local storage on your own device unless you copy or export it yourself:
- Working entries in the audit, redesign, and boundary tools on the home page
- Draft standards maps in the Unpacking Standards tool
- Progress in the Fair-Share Factory game, which uploads no account, name, or score
- Private reflection choices in the audience presentation, which never enter the live conference poll
Nothing from these tools is transmitted to a server. Clearing your browser's site data erases it. Because entries persist on the device where they were typed, use a de-identified example rather than real student names, student work, or family information.
3. Live conference polling
During a live session, the separate join route sends only unlinkable, question-specific vote keys—no name, email, account, free text, or cross-question profile. Those keys are deleted when a poll freezes, a new poll opens, or the session ends. The join screen states this in place.
4. Hosting and server logs
This site is served through Cloudflare's edge network. Like any host, Cloudflare may process connection details such as IP address and user agent in standard operational logs while delivering pages; that processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy documentation. This site does not build visitor profiles from any of it.
5. External links
Pages link out to research, articles, standards documents, and third-party tools. Once you leave this site, the destination site's own privacy practices govern.
6. Children's privacy
This site is written for adult educators, and nothing on it is offered as a student resource. The Fair-Share Factory game is a teacher-facing demonstration; it asks for no real name and sends nothing off the device. This site does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Your rights
Because this site keeps no user records, most access and deletion rights have nothing to act on: there is no stored profile to retrieve, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything the tools saved on your device.
8. Changes to this policy
If practices change, this page and its “Last updated” date will be revised to match before the change takes effect.
9. Contact
This site is built to run without collecting contact information, and by design it offers no email channel. Questions can be raised with the author in person at the sessions this site accompanies.
